If you would like to book one of these appointments please contact the surgery on 01572 823531. EMERGENCY DEPT GP REFERRAL SCHEME
TRANSFER OF APPOINTMENTS If your registered Dr is ill or will not be available and you have pre-booked an appointment, we will automatically transfer you to another GP within the practice. In most cases we will offer you the same appointment time or as near as possible and the same venue, to minimise disruption to you. If you express your wish never to see another Dr (please complete form at reception) then please be aware that your appointment will be cancelled and you may have a long wait for another appointment if you refuse to see another GP. PATIENTS LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you may need to rearrange it. If your appointment is urgent, please speak to the receptionist who will advise the dr on your behalf. HELP FOR SMOKERS TRAINING In case of emergency during this time please telephone 01572 822391.
