Some of the services available through our online facilities require you to use an individual identity code and password. We have four surgery sites, the main site is located in Uppingham, and branch sites are situated in the villages of Barrowden, Gretton and Ketton. These branch surgeries are only open for limited hours so please check their opening times.

Appointments are available at all sites with either a doctor or a nurse, and prescriptions can be dispensed at all sites for patients who do not live in Uppingham.

The Appointment Booking & Cancellation link allows you to select a surgery appointment which is available for booking online. You will need to log in first using your personal ID number and then select the appointment slot with your registered doctor that suits you, enter your details, and you can book yourself an appointment even during the night or weekend when the surgery is closed!! You will see a booking confirmation on screen (which you may print out).

We have an Online Repeat Prescription Ordering System. Of course you may still order repeat prescriptions in the usual way.

You may Register as a New Patient at this surgery using the Registration link.

If you have already requested your individual PIN number then you may use this link to notify us of Address and Name Changes. You just need to log in and then use the link in the top right hand corner of the screen (View/Update your contact info).
