We aim to answer all your questions through our Help Screens and FAQ. But of course we realise that not all the possible questions have yet been answered there, and perhaps you find our answers unclear.

• Please be as specific as possible about the nature of your problem and include the details and wording of any error messages that you may encounter.
  
  
• Explain what you were trying to do and what did or didn't happen.
  
  
• State your account name e.g. www.gpuk.net/yourwebsitename
  
  
• Preferably you should email us from your registered admin email address so as to confirm your identity.
  
  
• Please indicate which of our resources (e.g. FAQ, help screens) you have already tried. This is so that we do not simply direct you back to those, and so that we can improve those which prove to be unhelpful to users.
