You will be advised when you are having the test appointment how long you can expect to wait for the result. Blood results are usually back at the surgery within 3 working days. Please ring the reception number 0161 762 1515 after 2pm any day Monday to Friday to obtain your results.
Please note due to patient confidentiality we are unable to give results to any person other than the patient themselves.
Third Party Consent
We have developed a system which enables you to authorise a nominated person to obtain test results and investigations or all medical matters as they arise on your behalf whilst maintaining your right to confidentiality. Print off the form below & return to the surgery either by post, hand deliver, email to peel.gps@nhs.net or fax to 0161 762 1522
You can change or cancel your authorised representative at any time. You will need to contact the surgery to amend the details we have recorded for you. The authorised person will remain the same until we have been notified by yourself in writing.
