Our telephone line goes to an emergency service everyday from 12:45pm - 2:00pm We are open Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm for routine pre-booked appointments ONLY PLEASE NOTE: We are closed for staff training on the 1st Friday of the month between 1:00pm & 3:00pm. ____________________________________________________________ We are situated in Bury town centre next to Bury Town Hall and opposite the bus Interchange You can locate the health centre using THIS MAP ____________________________________________________________ PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP Would you like to have a say about the services we provide at Peel GPs? We value your opinion and are encouraging you, our patients, to share your views and ideas with us. We would like to hear from as many patients as possible to enable us to have the views of a representative sample of our patient population. We would be contacting you via email on a quarterly basis to complete the survey or ask your opinion on services. No email address, we can send the survey out to you in the post. If the answer is YES, then we would appreciate your time in completing the form listed below and handing it into our Reception Desk or email it back to us on the address shown on the form or fax to us on 0161 762 1522.
