Demonstration System - Do not try to use this for real prescriptions!

This system is setup in Demo mode so that you can evaluate it.

When trying out the prescription system please make sure that you use your real email address so as to be able to receive the confirmation email.

For testing the admin functions use the Admin Code Name "Fred" and Password "aaa" (don't use the quotes in either case).

The live system is identical to the demo system except that it does not include these "Demo" warning messages at top.

Of course you may still order prescriptions in the usual way.

We now offer online repeat prescription ordering as an additional service. You need to enter the details of the items that you are requesting, enter details to identify yourself, and enter your email address if you wish to receive an email confirming the details of your request.

If you need to order more items than there are lines available, simply return to the page and enter the additional items as a new order.

The details of your request will be sent to the surgery by email. The receptionist will prepare your prescription for the doctor to check and sign. You need to allow 2 full working days (excluding weekends) and then you can collect the prescription from the surgery after 13:00 the following day.

Thus if you order now, the collection time will be after 1:00pm Thursday 4th of December.

Or you may leave with the receptionist, in advance, a supply of Stamped Addressed Envelopes and select the option below to indicate that you would like the prescription to be posted using one of these envelopes. Please allow time for delays in the post. If you select that option but do not have any SAE's left at reception then the prescription will be left for you to collect in the usual way.

IMPORTANT We can only accept repeat prescription requests for items which have been previously agreed by the doctor to be suitable for repeat prescription ordering, and for which you have not yet used up all your quota of issues before the doctor needs to review your medication. In these circumstances we shall usually be able to meet your request but sometimes even so there may be reasons why we cannot issue a repeat prescription for some or all of the items. The receptionist will explain when you call to collect the prescription.
